Fly EPT Spain is in need of an Admin Office Assistant (Flt Ops) that mans the office and takes care of day-to-day clerical and operational duties.
In return, Fly EPT Spain is offering a remuneration package that offers both a salary payment and subsidised flying hours.
This position is for a PPL holder aspiring to become a professional pilot and is currently working towards a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
It is hoped that the candidate will eventually join us as a certified Flight Instructor (FI) where they can earn an industry competitive salary.

- A partially funded pathway towards your Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) and Flight Instructor Certificate.
- Enrolment into the Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) theoretical knowledge instruction course (UK CAA + EASA approved)
- Experience working with flight instructors flying general aviation aircraft in a structured training environment
- The opportunity to eventually join us as a paid flight instructor, build valuable flying hours and piloting experience, while training the next generation of pilots.

- In addition to flying hours, a monthly subsidence allowance will be paid in return for manning the office where the candidate can spend time studying ATPL subjects
Who We Are Looking For:
- Motivated pilot(s) who can demonstrate they have started the pilot training process (e.g. have started the PPL course or hold a Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
- Passionate aviator eager to inspire and teach others
- Team players with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) minimum level 4+
- Can demonstrate KSA 100 – Knowledge, Skill, Attitude (i.e. fulfils the pilot competency framework)
- Residentially based in Mallorca, Spain with family support

Qualifications & Experience
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4+ or greater
- Ideally, hold a Private Pilot Licence. However, we will also consider applicants who are currently doing their PPL
