Complete this registration form if you are a certified Flight Instructor or Examiner and you intend to join OR remain on the Instructor team and perform flight instruction and/or proficiency checks.
Each time an Instructor / Examiner receives an updated licence or a new medical certificate, please upload it through this webpage.
For insurance purposes, we need to have updated copies kept on file.
Instructors must NOT fly EPT aircraft unless we have valid copies.
We prefer PDF scans of the requested documents, however, a clear image is acceptable.
Note:
There are height and weight restrictions for dual instruction training flights on the TECNAM P2002-JF
